According to TechFlow, on July 16, DeepSeek, a leading domestic AI company, unexpectedly had its latest market valuation revealed in the investment progress announcement of KaiPu Information Co., Ltd., disclosed on the night of the 16th. Based on the figures in the announcement, DeepSeek's post-funding-round valuation is estimated to have reached about RMB 351 billion. According to people familiar with DeepSeek, with this funding round now complete, the company has already begun a second fundraising round, but has not yet decided whether to pursue a STAR Market listing this year.
